On Wednesday, June 4th, gallery member John Buck hosted a group of residents from Sarah Care Daytime Senior Care. John gave them a piece by piece tour of the gallery and explained how each artist uses a variety of materials and techniques to create their art. Lots of questions were asked and discussions regarding how many hours certain art pieces took to complete. John also showed them a few creative portrait techniques for their smartphones. It was a “feel good” moment…. for all of us!
